Come join us for a special event dedicated to raising awareness for mental health in our community! Whether you're a first responder, in the military, or just want to show your support, this 5k run/walk is for you. Lace up your sneakers and get ready to make a difference. Let's come together to show our support for those who dedicate their lives to helping others. The event will be at Foothills Trail - East Puyallup Trailhead across from Farm 12.
There are multiple ways in which you can show your support.
Participate in the 5k run walk.
Enrollment cost is $85. All participants will get a shirt that will be provided the day of the event and medal for participation. All participants have the option to upgrade to a hoodie for $125.
Children 0-5 years old charge is $35 to participate. No options of shirts are provided for small children. Only regular sizes availables. If you still will like to get a shirt regular prices will apply.
Registration starts at 8:00 am and will end at 9:45 am. Participants will need to show up at the Foothills Trail for registration.
10% Discount for Military, First Responders, and groups of five or more.

Bronze Sponsorship: $500 Donation (Sponsors Company logo on 6”x6” banner)
Silver Sponsorship: $1,500 Donation (Sponsors Company logo on a 15x15 banner. Social Media and Website promotion)
Gold Sponsorship: $2,500 (Company logo 24”x24”, logo on 5k shirt, logo on directional signage, Social Media, news, and website promotions)

Volunteer
Enroll by contacting our office or at Eventbrite
Volunteers can help by setting up, doing registrations, provide safety, among others.
Volunteers will be needed the day before and the day of the event.
*All of the 5k Run/Walk proceeds will go towards Mental Health Awareness and make mental health counseling accessible for individuals that cannot afford counseling.

5-Day Easter Caribbean Couples Retreat from Miami,FL
Enrolled on the 5-Day Easter Caribbean Couples Retreat from Miami,FL enjoy the beautiful beaches, sight-seen at the beautiful island of Nassau, follow by Half-Moon Cay pristine beaches, to the Grand Turk historic charm, while still enjoy all the comforts, entrainment and activities in the cruise. Licensed therapists teaching the Gottman method to work on communication, building admiration, trust, conflict resolution, and connection. Daily Walks to put into practice mindfulness techniques & Groups during dinner time to help familes gaing some coping skills/distress tolerance techniques. For this retreat all participants must have a passport.

Additional Cost:
Airfare is not arranged. Typically the cost is about 300-500 round trip.
Any excursions would be additional costs as well as speciality restaurants outside of the main all inclusive sit down dining, buffet, Guys burgers, taco bar etc. You can choose to purchase alcohol and soda or buy drink packages $83 a per person. All other beverages are included.
Travel insurance is optional. Cost can vary from $120 to 200 depending on age.

Sightseeing, swimming and soaking up the island flavor at Nassau, Bahamas. Boasting balmy breezes and listening to calypso beat. The historic and cultural heart of The Bahamas is one of the world’s most popular cruise destinations. Couples can enjoy fine beaches, shopping, water sports, and fun-filled attractions at the Atlantis Resort, connected to Nassau by a bridge to Paradise Island.
