How Online Therapy Works
Online therapy with our practice is provided through a secure and easy to use platform called SimplePractice. All of our therapists have the capability to provide online therapy, offering flexibility when virtual sessions are needed. The therapists listed under Our Online Therapists provide sessions exclusively online and are a great fit for clients who are specifically seeking virtual care.
Before your appointment, you will receive a secure email with a link to join your session. At your scheduled time, simply click the link. No downloads or special software are required. Sessions can be joined from a computer, tablet, or smartphone, making therapy accessible from wherever you feel most comfortable.
All online sessions are HIPAA compliant and confidential. Our goal is to make online therapy feel simple and supportive and as close to an in person experience as possible while offering the convenience and comfort of virtual care.
If you want, I can also adapt this to be shorter for a landing page or rewrite it in an even softer tone for first time therapy clients.
What to Expect
Online therapy looks and feels very similar to in-person therapy. You’ll meet with your therapist face-to-face through secure video, where you’ll have space to talk openly, ask questions, and work through what matters most to you.
You can expect a warm, collaborative experience focused on helping you feel heard, supported, and understood. Your therapist will guide the session while also honoring your pace and comfort level. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’ve done this before, we’ll walk alongside you every step of the way.
We recommend finding a quiet, private space for your session and giving yourself a few minutes beforehand to settle in. Online therapy offers flexibility and comfort while still providing meaningful connection an
