We will work together in identifying those patterns of behavior passed from one generation to the next that are creating hurt or leaving you in a never-ending loop. As human being we have the great capacity to take our experiences in life and create meaning that can either empower or disempower us. My goal is to help you gain the skills that will empower you to create positive meaning; help heal old wounds, and take charge of your life."
