Meet Jaclyn Jelvik
Jaclyn received her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adams State University in August 2023. She has experience working with individuals and couples on a variety of issues to include anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, life transitions, substance abuse, crisis, and interpersonal resolutions.
Through her person-centered approach, she is passionate about supporting clients in achieving their therapeutic goals through collaboration and individualized treatment, techniques, and skills. Jaclyn utilizes additional interventions from motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, Gottman for couples, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma informed, and mindfulness techniques when working with clients.
