About Aniya Hield
Aniya Hield is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work degree and is passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life's challenges through compassionate, client-centered care. Drawing from her background in social services and community-based work, Aniya is committed to creating a welcoming and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to share their experiences, process difficult emotions, and build on their existing strengths. She believes that healing is not a one-size-fits-all journey and strives to honor each person's unique story while fostering hope, resilience, and personal growth.
Throughout her education and professional experience, Aniya has worked with diverse individuals and families experiencing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship concerns, and crises. She values a collaborative therapeutic approach that empowers clients to identify their goals while developing practical skills to support long-term well-being. As an MSW intern, she is committed to expanding her clinical knowledge through evidence-based practices, cultural humility, and continuous professional growth while providing compassionate and ethical care.
