Chelsea is a compassionate and collaborative therapist with a Master of Social Work from Eastern Washington University and extensive experience supporting individuals navigating complex mental health challenges. She brings over a decade of experience working in both clinical and community-based settings, with a focus on trauma, eating disorders, substance use, anxiety, and depression.
Most recently, [Your Name] worked as a Therapist II at The Emily Program in Seattle, providing individual and group therapy to adults recovering from eating disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. She draws from a variety of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and strength-based methods.
