About Jessica Plecha
Our earliest experiences and relationships can significantly influence our current relational patterns. Often, these patterns, whether we are aware of them or not, serve to protect us but can also create difficulties or a sense of being stuck. In your work together, Jessica will incorporate attachment-based and person-centered frameworks to facilitate change. She is passionate about supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and identities as they navigate trauma, grief, anxiety, and significant life transitions. In addition to pursuing her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling, Jessica is a licensed psilocybin facilitator in Oregon. Counseling is collaborative and grounded in compassion, respect, and an appreciation for each person’s unique identity and lived experience. Her approach is grounded in creating a safe and secure environment rooted in acceptance, where we can explore experiences and patterns, work through challenges, and take meaningful steps toward your goals. Jessica welcomes the opportunity to walk alongside you through this process.
