Using Experiential and Emotionally focused therapy techniques to guide practice, Robyn encourages clients to actively engage with their feelings creating opportunities for deeper self awareness and growth. She is drawn to helping parents, kids, and individuals to understand the complex emotional development and trauma.
My goal is to create a compassionate and safe space where individuals and families can explore their emotional experiences and strengthen their relationships. My personal and professional journey—working through attachment and emotional patterns with my spouse and daughter, both navigating ADHD and emotional dysregulation—deeply informs my practice. This experience allows me to empathize with the complexities of emotional regulation and relational struggles, equipping me to offer practical, tailored strategies to clients.
