About Victoria Moloyian
Victoria Moloyian Lente is a behavioral health clinician with a broad and diverse background in social work, behavioral health, and community-based care. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and has extensive experience supporting individuals and families facing complex challenges related to mental health, safety, stability, and life transitions.
Victoria has worked in a variety of clinical and community settings, providing comprehensive assessments, behavioral support services, and strengths-based interventions. Her experience includes working with families at risk of out-of-home placement, individuals in residential and community-based programs, older adults seeking to remain safely in their homes, and clients navigating behavioral health concerns. She is skilled in using evidence-based cognitive and behavioral strategies, motivational enhancement approaches, and collaborative goal setting to support meaningful change.
Her work is grounded in safety, compassion, and collaboration. Victoria values working closely with clients, families, and community partners to reduce barriers, build skills, and support long-term stability.
